Winifred is the wife of Archibald Bumbleson, a nobleman of Dayport. They are somewhat unpopular with other members of the upper crust, as implied by Frederick Rothchild saying, "They haven't been in the inner circle in years!".[1] In the T2 mission "Life of the Party" she and Archibald were invited to the Mechanists' party, much to the dismay of Frederick Rothchild III, whose invitation was lost.[2] Winfred was much impressed by Lord Signoli's collection of exotic ferns and begged him to tell where he'd got them, suggesting that they "must be birthed in some magical workshop, rather than plucked from the wilderness".[3]
