Canon: In T3, there is no talk of Wardens, or the war with Blackbrook, and the City Watch is tough, but not as corrupt as it used to be, and doesn't seem to discriminate. We don't hear about the Downwinders anymore--there are thugs, instead--and there are hardly any sewers to sneak around in.

Fanon: It's as if the Baron had come back and took control of The City again, and cleaned much of the past problems up. Or...the Keeper's have used the events that occurred through Garrett, where the factions had become corrupt, and the balance was shifted, again, and again, until all the weights had found stability, except for the Keepers themselves. Ramirez Dossier[]

This article cites Ramireze Dossiera as listing Ramireze as having hightowne, south quarter and downtowne. But the other page doesn't even mention those locations in the dossier. Which is right?

Ramireze's TO Do list lists South Quarter and Stonemarket as areas he's keeping track of, and he lives in HightowneBaggins (talk) 02:21, March 19, 2014 (UTC)

I have no idea where the Ramirez locations came from in the first place.--Sxerks (talk) 03:24, March 19, 2014 (UTC)
Well, ok, so its not just me, who is confused! Well, the only ones we can deduce that Ramirez is even remotely interested in keeping track of is. South Quarter (Garrett wont' pay his fees to Ramirez), High Towne (that's where Ramirez's seat of power is), and Stonemarket (another thief there going against Ramirez). Downtowne isn't even mentioned on any of those notes... So who knows who is in control of it.Baggins (talk) 03:52, March 19, 2014 (UTC)
Maybe assuming he's in charge of Downtowne too, because that's where the Assassination attempt is made on Garrett, and Farkus is killed?Baggins (talk) 03:57, March 19, 2014 (UTC)

I remember looking into that. If memory serves, it was a speculative association in the TTLG mapping thread based on what the remaining known districts were. Fish Preferred (talk) 03:59, March 19, 2014 (UTC)

Name[]

Do we know that 'City Warden' is even the correct term? most of the time, they are just called 'Wardens'. the Unused content refers to them as 'under-market Wardens' which makes sense, as they are basically underground crime bosses.

We get more information on them in T2, but again the terms are just 'Wardens'. The Term 'City Warden' doesn't make to much sense as it seams more official, like the City Watch, then the name of a group of underground crime bosses who run and control the blackmarket and thieving circles. Should this article be renamed to conform with in-game facts?

Warden sounds official anyway. dont know why they decided on that. Big McLargeHuge (talk) 06:02, November 14, 2018 (UTC)
