Keeper of the Keys Fuquan was a high-ranking precursor who lived in Karath-din at the time of its destruction. When Emperor Va-Toran closed the colosseum for one year and one day in mourning of the passing of his father, Emperor Va-Taraq, Fuquan received a message from Secretary of Protocol Weitan expressing his concerns that Va-Toran had other more devious plans.[1]
