Pearsall was most likely a pre-Truart City Watch captain. During TG, he is known to have received a 150 bribe from the Downwind Thieves' Guild.[1] His mansion in Dayport was apparently supposed to be the location of the annual City Watch Ball (T2), but it was held at Truart's house instead.[2]
