Lord Porter was a nobleman who ran an art gallery in Building A of Rampone Dockside Shipping.
Though his main business was selling pieces of art[1], Lord Porter also ran a second, illegal business on the second floor of his unit. This business involved a lady who entertained various clients in the second floor office.[2] E. B. Bramrich, who occupied the unit directly below Lord Porter's second floor office, complained of strange noises late at night. It is suspected that the elevator controls were left broken on purpose to keep his brothel secret. Although the management of the dockside has sent a notice to Lord Porter, he was known to always pay his rent on time and in full.[3]
