• Backstab - kills one with a single swing
• Fire Arrows or Mines – One Fire Arrow will take out an unaware Rat Beast.
• Gas Arrows or Gas Mines – if discovered it could be more effective and less dangerous to simply put the creatures out

The Rat Beast is a Maw creature found in TDS only. They carry swords as their main weapon.

They steal Kurshok eggs for food, and have a general disrespect for all other life.

Rat Beasts talk in similar broken pidgin as the Pagans.

Fan speculation says the Rat Beasts were introduced in TDS because of the early fan confusion about the original T1/TG Ape Beast resembling humanoid rats.
