Lucky Selentura was a gambler and entrepreneur who rented a space in Rampone Dockside Shipping. Jason Rampone, the vice-president of the company, became suspicious of Selentura when he didn't pay his rent for three weeks[1] and the City Watch put up wanted posters of him[2]. Rampone was convinced that Lucky Selentura was running a gambling den in his rented space [3]. Around the same time, Selentura disappeared without a trace[4]. When Garrett infiltrated Rampone's, he discovered cards and Lucky's Gold Dice which heavily implied that Rampone's suspicions were correct. Selentura had a deposit box in the First City Bank and Trust.
