The Helmeted City Watch guard replicates the regular Sheriff Sword Guard in all aspects but one. In a serious improvement to his uniform, his helmet renders him impervious to the blackjack. If he is hit, the helmet will make a loud noise, and the guard will be startled. The helmet is large, broad, and has a nose piece in front.
