Zhan is a burglar (probably retired) who lost the last finger of his left hand trying to break into the First City Bank and Trust. He was careless in traversing the tiled hall floors and had a confrontation with the guards. He offers his advice to Garrett at the pre-mission shop in the T2 mission of the same name for a price of 25 gold.[1]
